Sample The Mixes
- 12 oz canned salmon
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 tbsp Fish You Were Here Fish Lovers Spice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ¼ cup chopped dill
- ¼ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- Fresh butter lettuce leaves
Yogurt Dill Sauce
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Fish You Were Here Fish Lovers Spice Blend
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Directions
- In one medium-sized bowl, add the canned salmon.
- In another medium-sized bowl, crack the eggs and add in the next 5 ingredients. Mix well and add to the bowl with the salmon.
- Gently stir the mixture until combined; add the bread crumbs and gently turn the mixture until it comes together.
- Form the mixture into 6 dense patties; spray with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 ˚F. When ready place the patties inside oil side down; spray the tops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
- Make the yogurt dill sauce: combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- When the patties are done, transfer to plate with the butter lettuce leaves and add a dollop of the yogurt dill sauce. [instruction-video-1]
