Sample The Mixes
- 1 small bunch Tuscan kale, ribs removed and leaves chopped
- 1 cup shredded Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Let the Good Thymes Roll Italian Spice Blend
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp golden raising
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Directions
- Toss the Brussels sprouts and kale together in a large bowl and set aside.
- in a mason jar, add the next 9 ingredients and shake well.
- Add to the salad and toss well.
- Top with the cranberries, raisins and sliced almonds and enjoy!
