You're So Spain
Savory Spanish Blend
FOR THE CHICKEN
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 medium-sized chicken breasts
- 1½ tbsp Healthy On You® You're So Spain Savory Spice blend
- 1 tsp 1 tsp sea salt
FOR THE SALAD
- 3 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 medium -sized avocado
- Salad dressing of your choice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F˚
- Cut slits back and front of the chicken breast. Season each side of the chicken with You're So Spain and sea salt. Spray with olive oil.
- In a non-stick oven safe skillet or cast iron, add a small amount of olive oil and sear the chicken breasts 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooling, make the salad: Arrange all the salad ingredients to a bowl. Slice the chicken and place on top of the salad greens. Add your favorite dressing and enjoy!
